We order the right windshield for your car and set a day and an arrival window.
At home, at work or in your building's garage, as long as the building allows it.
Cameras get recalibrated when the car needs it, and you'll know exactly how long to wait before driving.
From about May through October, Miami gets a storm most afternoons. Rain doesn't rule out a windshield replacement, but it changes how we plan one.
After the install, skip the car wash for a day or two and leave the retention tape on until the tech says it can come off.
Tell us about any toll transponder, dash cam or parking sticker on the glass when you book, so nothing gets lost in the swap.

We won't install glass in tropical storm winds. It isn't safe to handle, and the urethane needs calm, dry hours to set. We'll move your appointment to the first good day after the storm passes.
Yes. Many of them need windshields with acoustic layers, heating elements or a heads-up display, and almost all need a camera calibration. We confirm the exact part by VIN first.
Before the car sits for the summer. A parked car in Miami heat can turn a small chip into a long crack while you're gone, so get it filled before you head north.
Call with your address and we'll check. Parking on the beach side is tight, so a garage or your building's lot is the best place for the work.

Often, if the valet can bring the car to a spot with room to open both doors. Set it up with the front desk ahead of time so the car is waiting when we arrive.
Florida requires a windshield on most cars and doesn't allow driving with one that blocks your view. A small crack off to the side usually isn't a problem, but damage in your line of sight can get you pulled over.
Florida Statute 627.7288 covers Miami-Dade the same as the rest of the state. With comprehensive coverage, a replacement windshield comes with no deductible. Chip repair is usually covered too, and side and back glass go through your normal deductible.
Florida's 2023 claims law banned gifts and cash for glass claims and ended assignment of benefits on policies written after July 1, 2023. We'll help you file the claim the right way.
